Cesar comes from a very humble Mexican family, his father is a gardener and his mother is part of a cleaning team at a veterans hospital. Their parents came to California from Mexico to give their children a better life.

His parents currently live in a very small and cramped apartment and César came to Exatlón Estados Unidos because he wants to give them a large house of their own.

Cesar has fought hard pursuing his dream, which is to play for an NFL team. Several universities are considering including him in their ranks. In his quest to become an NFL player, the young man traveled to Miami wanting to try his luck with scouts from different universities.

In that period, César was living in his car, waiting for an opportunity, when he received the call to join Season 5 of Exatlón Estados Unidos.
