Ricardo is a personal trainer, CrossFit athlete, and participates in Spartan Races obstacle courses. He has a BS in Exercise Science and is now studying for medical school because he wants to become an orthodontist.

His father is from Honduras and his mother from Argentina, but he was born and raised in New York. He now lives in Colorado Springs.

Since he was little he practiced soccer and in high school he was a protagonist in his school's athletic team, a fact that he has continued even in college. His specialty on track and field were 100m / 200m races.

Ricardo is a fan of Exatlón, he watches the program with his family and is a friend of Isaiah Vidal.
